1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Barli account or using the Barli app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Barli.

When you open a tab through Barli, you authorize Barli and its payment processor to charge your payment method on file for amounts you incur at the participating venue, including amounts requested from you by another user through Split Pay. Venues are responsible for the accuracy of items and pricing rung into their POS system.

5. Promotions & Notifications
By following a venue, you consent to receive promotional push notifications from that venue through Barli. You can unfollow a venue or disable push notifications at any time in your device or app settings.

You agree not to misuse Barli, including by attempting to defraud a venue, circumvent payment obligations, harass other users, or interfere with the app's normal operation.

Barli provides a payment and technology platform that connects to a venue's point-of-sale system. Barli does not sell, serve, or deliver alcohol and is not the seller of record for food or beverage items. Participating venues are independently owned and operated.
